Historically, Trevor and I have “cheeseboard dates” on Sunday, which means, we feed the kids dinner, have family Bible study, and then we make ourselves a charcuterie and watch SNL. But in an effort to inhabit our lives even more, we’ve decided to make a new Sunday tradition of slow dinners. And the major announcement here is that, after eight years of pure vegetarianism, I have slowly but surely started reintroducing meat into my diet. So, for Sunday dinner tonight: a roasted chicken and homemade sourdough bread.
